Schedule Your Appointment

You may request an appointment directly through our online scheduling system below. All appointment requests are reviewed and approved within 24 hours. Once your appointment has been approved, you will receive a confirmation email along with intake forms and instructions to help you prepare for your visit.

Services are available at our Long Beach clinic or, in some cases, through in-home visits.

Please note that scheduling an appointment request does not guarantee that SoCal Kids Physical Therapy is the most appropriate setting for your child's needs. If, after reviewing your information, we determine that another provider or setting would better serve your child, we will contact you and provide recommendations and referral resources whenever possible.

We are dedicated to giving you and your child a highly personalized experience, providing direct hand-on treatment to your child and extensive family training in order to achieve the best outcomes. As such, we are an out-of-network private pay provider and do not accept insurance. We provide the documentation needed for possible reimbursement from insurance. In addition, we accept HSA/FSA accounts for payment.
